A Classic Halloween Party with a Masquerade Twist!

Join us for a Howl-o-Ween style Paws to Party! Paws to Party Howl-o-Ween goes downtown this year, with a masquerade party in the gorgeous Elks Tower Ballroom! This event features music by the AzUCal Band, exciting silent auction items, a costume contest, and (of course) the ever-popular Wall of Wine. Sacramento drag artist A La Mode will be reprising her role as host of this year’s event! While we love our pets (and yours!), this is a human-only, 21 and over event.

Accessibility

Partygoers should note that this is a reception-style event, and while some seating will be available, attendees should plan to be dancing or standing for most of the event. Elks Tower is ADA compliant with an elevator up to the ballroom space and a wheelchair lift at the ballroom entrance.

Parking

Parking will be available at the City Hall Garage across the street from the venue, at 1000 I St, Sacramento, CA 95814. Parking will be a $5 flat rate for general admission, with VIP guests receiving free parking!
